Main Menu
The main menu is simply a switchboard providing easy access to all needed functions of the program. Divided into Jobs, Customers, Billing, Reports and System, all regular processing and maintenance can be accessed from the main menu.
Job Entry Form
The Job Entry form is optimized to reduce the number of keystrokes and mouse clicks you should need to enter a new job. The system knows who the manager is, for example.
Job Listing - the home page
The job listing screen allows you to query your current and upcoming work by customer, property, status and more. This is the most central screen to managing work in the system. you'll like it .
Note that the listing screen allows you to work with your best set of values, various status codes may be grouped and the screen remembers where you work to keep the information you want at your fingertips.
